YouTube has taken down R. Kelly’s video channels, R. Kelly TV and R. Kelly Vevo, a spokesperson for the video platform confirmed. “The accounts were terminated.“
R. Kelly songs who are uploaded by other channels and their users, do not violate the creator responsibility guidelines, and his songs and albums remain available on YouTubes Music service.
Users attempting to access the ‘Step in the Name of Love’ singer’s YouTube channels on Tuesday October 5th received an error message. Kelly's music is still available on YouTube Music, Spotify and Apple Music.
