Rap icons Nas and Pusha T are just a few names who became investors in the new streaming app Audius.
Per their website, “Audius connects fans directly with artists in a familiar music player interface. Giving everyone the freedom to distribute, monetize, and stream unstoppable audio.”
It’s no secret artists have been vocal with their frustration with how things are formatted when it comes to how music is streamed. Artists want more control and higher shares of the revenue made from the popular streaming platforms. Audius is trying to change that.
