‘Grown-ish’ Star Yara Shahidi to Play Tinker Bell in “Peter Pan and Wendy”

Grown-ish star, the beautiful Yara Shahidi, has been officially casted as Tinker Bell in Disney’s upcoming live-action Peter Pan film, ‘Peter Pan and Wendy.’

Yara will be the first black actress to ever play the role of Tinkerbell in a major production of Peter Pan.

Shahidi posted to her Instagram, “Thank you for all of the love. It, truly, means so much to me 💕🧚🏽‍♂️ I’m excited for this next adventure!”
