DJ D-Nice became widely known to the unknown during the start of the coronavirus quarantine with his surprising entertainment on Instagram Live garnering thousands of people partying with him, their friend and family virtually.
It’s been announced the DJ is teaming up with the social network platform, Houseparty, to give the class of 2020 to a virtual prom party they’ll never forget.
From the official FAQs on their website, “Houseparty is a social networking app that allows up to eight people to video chat at once in a “room.” Users can have infinite rooms and easily float between rooms. Unlike Facetime, you don’t need to call someone. Users receive a notification when friends open the app and can join chats with friends (and friends of friends).”
The prom is set for Thursday May 7th at 8 P.M. EST on Houseparty. Let every 2020 senior you know about the virtual prom. Hopefully this will take some of the disappointment away and give them an unforgettable night with their friends.
